"How do pre-orders work?" For some items, I will have a period where orders are open, where I collect all orders. Once the time is up, I place the orders to the manufacturer. Once all materials are received, I package and ship them out as fast as possible.
"Can I resell?" No. Trades and giveaways are OK though.
"What dropshipping service do you use?" Printify!
"How long does it take for you to pack and ship?" For regular items, I pack them right away, and shipping is done within 1-2 days. Shirts, hoodies and mugs take longer due to needing to drop-ship them.
"Can you ship internationally?" Yes! As long as USPS can ship it there, I can too.
"Where do you ship from?" I ship from America!
"How long do preorders take?" Larger items such as bags, wallets, slippers etc. take 2 months for production and 1 month for shipping. Smaller items such as notebooks, mousepads etc. take 1 month for production and shipping.
"Can I make GOs?" Yes! Please let me know so I can promote it!
"When do the ita bags restock?" They will restock sometime in May to June! I'll update on instagram when they come.
